Introducing Stevie, our handsome new Bernese Mountain Dog stuffed animal! This breed originated in the snowy mountains of the Swiss Alps and has a thick, shaggy coat for warmth. Stevie features the attractive tri-color coat of the Berner breed and is realistically crafted in soft, high quality materials. Strong enough to hold up to endless days of play but soft enough for cuddling, take Stevie with you on all your Alpine adventures! His big brown eyes and sweet face will melt the heart of any fan of the Bernese Mountain Dog breed and he is sure to become a fast favorite. Is this a gift?
Please include the recipient's phone number when completing the shipping information. Our delivery drivers require the recipients phone number in the event that nobody comes to the door when our drivers arrive. We do not call ahead of time, so please ensure the recipient will be home.

Returns Policy
We have a 7-day return policy on giftware items only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items deemed returnable are for an exchange or store credit only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (flowers, or plants unless damaged at time of delivery), and jewellery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
