It's music to our ears when our customers leave the design and colour combo to our designers. If you're not fussed, know our style, and are just wanting to send "something pretty", then look no further!
Our florists will create a hand-tied bouquet in the classic Oleander style using a mix of the most inspiring seasonal blooms of the week. Since this is a designers choice arrangement, flowers and colour palette will be ever changing and will differ from photo.

Orders must be placed online by 11am EST for same day delivery. Local orders may be placed over the phone by 2pm EST for same day delivery.
Lil - Perfect as a token of gratitude, a hostess gift, or a surprise "just because" bouquet. We'll use a mix of blooms that will give you the most bang for your buck.
Lush - Perfect for birthdays, doting on a lover, or congratulating. We'll use a mix of blooms that are going to give the bouquet some size, some that make you go "ooh, that's different", and a few that really pop!
Lux - Perfect for milestones and making an impression. This size will definitely have oomf, but it also gives us the opportunity to use some high end blooms and foliage.

Is this a gift?
Please include the recipient's phone number when completing the shipping information. Our delivery drivers require the recipients phone number in the event that nobody comes to the door when our drivers arrive. We do not call ahead of time, so please ensure the recipient will be home.
There is an option to leave a card message at the ‘Cart’ Page. Please make sure you leave your card message before you go to the next page.
Returns Policy
We have a 7-day return policy on giftware items only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items deemed returnable are for an exchange or store credit only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (flowers, or plants unless damaged at time of delivery), and jewellery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
