Please use this as a guide as an example of how we at Oleander design these important pieces. Casket sprays are a design that can be used to capture the personality and essence of your beloved family member so it's best if we can have a discussion about it over the phone or in person.
As with all our work, flower selection will be based around seasonal availability. We'll work with you to decide on a few key details and ask that you trust us to look after the rest.
* Pricing is the "starting at price" and is based on a general selection of seasonally available flowers. Price may increase with the inclusion of higher end blooms.

Is this a gift?
Please include the recipient's phone number when completing the shipping information. Our delivery drivers require the recipients phone number in the event that nobody comes to the door when our drivers arrive. We do not call ahead of time, so please ensure the recipient will be home.
There is an option to leave a card message at the ‘Cart’ Page. Please make sure you leave your card message before you go to the next page.
Returns Policy
We have a 7-day return policy on giftware items only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items deemed returnable are for an exchange or store credit only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (flowers, or plants unless damaged at time of delivery), and jewellery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
